Station 8 was built in 1964, and faces east. The station sits just south of Central, and West of Elder. This station is also combined with Wichita Police Department West Sub-Division. It houses Engine 8 and Truck 6. On April 15, 2023, Squad 8 was moved to Station 16, and Truck 6 was added.
